摘要
针对目前FDM工艺3D打印材料领域中存在的可生物降解材料少、降解速率慢、熔融温度较高、综合力学性能差等问题,通过分析现有可生物降解材料性能的基础上,采用多元共混改性技术,开发出可生物降解的PLA/PBAT/PHBV三元共混3D打印复合材料。实践表明,该3D打印复合材料具有降解速率快,刚性、韧性等力学性能优良,熔融温度较低等特点,有较好的推广应用前景。
In present 3D printing material field of FDM process, there are many problems such as scarce bio- degradable materials, slow degradation rate,high melting temperature and poor comprehensive mechanical properties. Based on the analysis of the properties of present biodegradable materials, multivariate blending modification technology has been used to develop the biodegradable PLA/PBAT/PHBV blending 3D printing composite materials. The practice shows that the 3D printing composites have characteristics of fast degradation rate, excellent mechanical properties of rigidity and toughness, and low melting temperature, which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
