高瓦斯回采工作面量化区间式预抽技术研究

摘要 瓦斯预抽效果直接关系回采工作面抽采工作是否达标,为此矿井在衔接紧张时,往往采用较小的钻孔间距进行工作面预抽,这种方式多依靠经验去设计,没有相关的理论及计算作为依据,造成施工成本增加,为此,采用固气耦合数值模拟并在李雅庄矿开展现场研究,依据现场瓦斯参数及赋存情况,改变原有的钻孔布置方式,计算出最短预抽时间内的钻孔最佳间距,同时对工作面进行量化分区,根据不同钻孔间距对应的最短预抽时间,划分出相对的抽采区域,设计出抽采间距为2 m、3 m、4 m的3个预抽区域,在降低矿井施工成本的同时保证了抽采达标。 The effect of gas pre-jDumping is directly related to whetlier the mining worlc in the mining face is up to standard , when the preparation time between two mining face is too short ,the working distance is often pre-pumped with smaller drilling distance, this method relies toomuch on experience instead of the theory and ting in costs increase. The solid-gas coupling numerical simulation in Liyazhuang coal mine on-site research are car-ried out, acconiing to the site of gas parameters and the reserve condition, the drilling layout of are adjusted, The op-timum spacing between the drilling time is calculate and the worlcing area is divided into two groushortest pre-pumping time corresponding to different drilling distance. The relative sampling area 3 m , 4 m for the three pre-pumping area, while reducing thecost and ensuring thepumping standards.
