摘要
针对团柏煤矿10-110工作面淋水破碎顶板支护困难的问题,通过对该工作面煤层及顶板进行物理力学试验,研究煤岩体物理力学特性,提出锚网索支护方法,确定了锚杆排距、锚杆长度、锚索排距和锚索长度等支护参数,通过现场应用及监测表明,巷道断面收敛率很小,两帮移近量最大不超过132 mm,顶板下沉量最大不超过192 mm,巷道围岩控制效果较好。
It is difficult of spraying water broken roof to support in Tuanbai coal mine 10-110 working face.The physical mechanics test of coal seam of working face and roof is conducted. The physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock are studied. The anchor net support method is put forward to determine the supporting parameters such as spacing and length of anchor bolt,spacing and length of anchor cable. The field application and monitoring shows that the rate of convergence of roadway section is small,the maximum displacement of coal side is less than 132 mm,the maximum subsidence of roof is less than 192 mm,the roadway surrounding rock control effect is better.
