摘要
为了治理回采工作面上隅角的瓦斯,双柳煤矿使用普通钻机施工大角度(+20°^+40°)高位裂隙钻孔时,由于受到钻杆的自重和岩层的软硬条件限制,施工的钻孔轨迹往往不能达到设计钻孔的标准,钻孔在平面和竖直面内的偏差能达到+10 m以上,给回采工作面上隅角的瓦斯治理带来困难,通过分析比较,采用钻孔轨迹随钻测量仪,能够掌握每个钻孔的实钻轨迹,及时采取补救措施,使回采工作面上隅角的瓦斯治理达到预期效果。
Using normal drill drilling large angle high-level fracture borehole of Shuangliu coal mine,the borehole track fail to achieve the design standard due to the weight of drill stem and the hardness of stratum. The deviation of drilling in plane and vertical plane is more than 10 m,it lead to control the gas at upper corner difficultly. By analysis and comparison,using borehole trajectory MWD apparatus can grasp real drilling trajectory of borehole,and to take remedial measures in time. It achieves the anticipated effect of gas control at upper corner.
