摘要
对00Cr14Ni14Si4(C4)奥氏体不锈钢(以下简称C4钢)进行复验、低温韧性和高温性能试验等,并与S30403,S31603钢对比,了解C4钢的性能;对C4钢进行工艺焊接性试验、焊接工艺评定,预测和验证其焊接性及焊接接头性能;对C4钢及S30403,S31603钢进行耐腐蚀性试验等,进一步了解C4钢及S30403,S31603钢在硝酸介质中的耐腐蚀性能。通过C4钢产品制造、查阅C4钢使用情况与容器运行情况及按照安全技术规范规定的原材料专项使用审查,进一步掌握C4钢的相关性能。同时,探讨了对C4钢进行新材料技术评审并纳入到国家相关钢材标准中的可行性。
The retest,low-temperature toughness test and high-temperature property test had been done to research the properties of 00 Cr14 Ni14 Si4( C4),and to compare the properties with those of S30403 and S31603. The weld ability test and welding procedure qualification for C4 austenitic stainless steel had been done to forecast and verify its weldability and welding performance. The corrosion resistance test had been done for C4,S30403 and S31603 to research their corrosion resistance properties in nitric acid. The understand and master of the properties of C4 goes a step further in its application in manufacturing,in consulting experiences from other manufacturers and in the special evaluation and assessment for material specified in the supervision regulation on safety technology for stationary pressure vessel. The feasibility of C4 passing technical review for new material and becoming a new applicable pressure vessel material in national material standard is discussed.
