摘要
针对国内现有矿山应急指挥装备种类繁杂、演练不规范、实际救援过程中使用率较低的问题,采用基于应急救助单元模型的综合集成研讨厅的方法,解决在桌面演练和实际演练过程中"从定性到定量分析的综合研讨厅体系"的应急救援装备配备与决策的问题,并提出了一种应急救援指挥装备效能评估的方法;拟通过该项研究,为矿山救护队的应急装备能力建设、演练培训和现场处置提供一种科学的决策方法和手段,提升矿山救护队的应急救援装备水平和实战水平。
Aiming existing mines for domestic emergency command equipment types of complex,on-standard drills,the actual usage is low during the rescue problem,based HWME emergency rescue unit model methods to solve practical exercises and tabletop exercise in the process. " Problems from qualitative to quantitative analysis of the comprehensive seminar hall system" with emergency rescue equipment and decision-making,and proposed emergency response equipment effectiveness evaluation methods; through this study,we will provide a scientific decision-making method and means for the emergency rescue capability,construction training and on-site disposal of the mine rescue team to enhance the level and actual combat level of the emergency rescue equipment of the mine rescue team.
