摘要
电能质量矫正装置(简称"SPC")用于解决低压配电网三相不平衡电流、谐波严重等电能质量问题。对配网电能质量的现状进行了分析,阐述了电能质量矫正装置应具备的功能。从三相不平衡、无功补偿2个方面,使用电能质量矫正装置对低压配电网的系统进行优化,将产生电能质量问题的源头进行隔离和消除,从而达到三相不平衡消除、功率因数控制等目的,可实现对农网公用配电变压器、区域性变电站输电能力的提升,满足农网节能降耗的要求。最后通过对装置取得的效果进行分析,说明由于电能质量矫正装置SPC的低电压支撑功能,可以在低压配电变高负荷时期稳定供电电压,实时补偿系统中的无功功率,平衡三相电流,稳定供电电能质量,从而提高供电企业的自动化水平。
The power quality correction device( SPC) is used to solve the problem of unbalanced three-phase current,harmonics and other power quality problems in low voltage distribution network. In this paper,the current status of power quality in distribution network was analyzed,and then the function of power quality correction device was described. From two aspects of unbalance,reactive power compensation of power quality correction device system,low voltage distribution network was optimized by using power quality correction device,the sources which has a power quality problem were isolated and eliminated,so as to achieve the elimination of unbalanced three-phase power factor control,harmonic control,etc.,and also can realize the capacity upgrade of rural public distribution transformer substation and regional transmission,can meet the requirements of energy saving power. Finally,based on the analysis of obtained effects of devices,due to the low voltage support function of SPC,the power supply is stable in the high load period of the low voltage distribution network,the reactive power can be compensated in real time,three-phase currents can also be balanced,power supply quality can be stable,so as to improve the automation level of power supply enterprise.
