摘要
三维GIS可以更加直观、更为准确地对真实场景信息进行表达,可为电力系统的规划设计和应用分析提供辅助支撑。针对传统电力GIS应用平台的信息展示不足问题,提出一种基于Skyline的电力设施三维可视化方法,重点对三维巡视系统中存在的电力设施模型与三维场景的匹配误差较大以及点状设施的配置效率较低的关键问题进行了深入研究,提出了相应的模型精确匹配和点状电力设施的快速配置方案。一方面,对于模型底面范围,通过修改地形的方式,使得模型与三维地形之间无缝拼接;另一方面,根据GIS基础地理数据和Skyline平台接口,以程序化的方式实现点状电力设施的批量导入和局部自定义的配置。进一步通过系统实现,对该方法的正确性和有效性进行了验证,从而满足了电力设施的三维巡视和管理的应用需求。
3D GIS can express the real scene information more intuitively and accurately,which can be used to support the planning and design of electric power system and application analysis. Based on the analysis of the lack of information display on the traditional GIS system,a 3D visualization method based on Skyline was proposed,which mainly focuses on the matching error between the power facility model and the 3D scene,the inefficient configuration of the point-like power facilities in the 3D tour system. The paper put forward the corresponding model exact match method and the quick configuration scheme of point-like power facilities. On the one hand,to the model bottom surface,by modifying the terrain way,making the model and the three-dimensional terrain between the stitching seamlessly; the other hand,according to the GIS basic geographic data and Skyline platform interface,in order to implement the programmatic way to point-like power facilities,bulk import and local custom configuration. Furthermore,the correctness and validity of the method were verified by the system realization,which meets the requirement of the 3D inspection and management of the power facilities.
