摘要
[目的]观察新加麻黄附子细辛汤对小鼠Lewis原位肺癌是否有治疗作用。[方法]Lewis肺癌细胞滴气管建立小鼠Lewis原位肺癌模型,次日用新加麻黄附子细辛汤(麻黄∶细辛∶附子∶半夏=1∶2∶2∶5)灌胃开始治疗,观察各组小鼠的生存状态、肿瘤数目及致瘤率;HE染色法观察肺病理变化。[结果]用Lewis肺癌细胞滴气管建立的Lewis原位肺癌模型8周后致瘤率为91%,肿瘤数目平均为17±3.05;新加麻黄附子细辛汤在相同时间内致瘤率为69%,肿瘤数目平均为12±1.53。HE染色结果表明:正常组小鼠肺部切片未见癌细胞;模型组小鼠肺组织间聚集有片状核大深染的肿瘤细胞,出现明显癌变,细胞核与细胞质比例失常,细胞核密集,空洞逐渐变小;新加麻黄附子细辛汤组细胞核密集区相对较少。与模型组比较,新加麻黄附子细辛汤组体质量明显上升,摄水食量增加,自主活动增多,精神状态良好。[结论]新加麻黄附子细辛汤能够延长Lewis原位肺癌模型小鼠的生存时间,对小鼠Lewis原位肺癌具有治疗作用。
[Obje ct ive]To observe the effect of the new-added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on orthotopic Lewis lung cancer in mice. [Metliods]Orthotopic Lewis lung cancer model in mice was established by injecting Lewis lung cancer cells into trachea. The next day, the mice received the new added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoctionf ephedra ? Asarum ? aconite ? Pinellia = 1 -2-2 ? 5] via intragastric administration. The survival status of mice, tumors number and tumorigenicity were observed. The lung pathological changes were observed by HE staining. [Results]The tumorigenicity rate in the model group was 91% at 8 weeks and the average tumors number was 17±3.05. The tumorigenicity rate in the new added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction at the same time was 69% and the average tumors number was 12± 1.53. HE staining showed that there were no cancer cells in lung sections in normal mice. In the model group, the tumor cells were flaky and deeply stained. The proportion of nucleus and cytoplasm was abnormal, the nucleus was dense, and the cavity became smaller. There was relatively few dense nuclei in the new-added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction group. Compared with the model group, the body weight in the new-added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction group significantly increased, water intake increased, and the mental state was good. [Conclusion]The new-added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction could prolong the survival time of mice with Lewis lung cancer and had therapeutic effect on orthotopic Lewis lung cancer in mice.
