摘要
水文缆道是一种由岸上进行操纵控制,进行江河流量、泥沙等测验工作架设的跨河索道系统。由于需要沿测验断面运送水文测验设备到预定水平位置和垂线测点位置,因此水文缆道对通航的影响不同于桥梁、电力及通信等水上过河建筑物。以保障船舶和水上过河建筑物安全为原则,根据水文缆道运行的特点,结合相关通航技术要求,对通航河流上水文缆道工程的通航净空高度要求及计算方法进行探讨。
Hydrometric cableway is a specific survey instrument system,which is controlled on the bank,surveying the runoff of the water and sand. The section of over-river cableway is used to transport equipment to a predetermined horizontal position and vertical measuring point along the test section. Therefore,the effect of hydrometric cableway on navigation is different from the bridge,transmission cableway,telecommunication cableway and other over-river structures. In order to ensure the safety of ship navigation and the safety of over-river structure,according to the characteristics of hydrometric cableway operation,the calculation method of navigable clearance height of over-river structure for hydrometric cableway on navigable river was explored combined with the relevant technical requirements of navigation.
