中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese Herb in Treatment of Pneumonia in Children

目的对中药穴位贴敷在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果进行探讨。方法研究对象是河南省荥阳市中医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的84例肺炎患儿。采用随机数字表法,将其划分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组患儿给予常规西医治疗法;观察组患儿在常规西医治疗基础上,采用中药穴位贴敷治疗方法。比较两组患儿主要症状消失时间及临床治疗有效率。结果对照组患儿发热消失时间(3.72±0.51)d、咳嗽消失时间(7.01±0.73)d、气喘消失时间(2.91±0.32)d、肺部噪音消失时间(4.78±0.89)d;观察组患儿发热消失时间(2.69±0.29)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.21±0.52)d、气喘消失时间(2.12±0.21)d、肺部噪音消失时间(3.02±0.53)d。观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.62%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为85.71%。观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎治疗中,采用中药穴位贴敷法,使患儿气喘、发热、咳痰等症状得到明显改善,治疗效果极佳,具备临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint application of Chinese herb in treatment of pneumonia in ch i l-dren. Methods 84 cases of children with pneumonia admitted and treated in Xingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Henan Province from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine western medicine treatment method, while the observation group adopted the acupoint application of chinese herb on the basis of the routine western medicine treatment, and the main symptoms disappearance time and cl inical treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The fever disappearance time, cough disappearance time, asthma disappearance time and lung noise disappearance time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, （3.72±0.51）, （7.01±0.73）, （2.91±0.32）, （4.78±0.89）d vs （2.69±0.29）, （5.21±0.52）, （2.12±0.21）, （3.02±0.53）d, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the to-tal treatment effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group, （97.62% vs 85.71%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese herb in treatment of pneumonia in children can obviously improve the asthma, fever and expectoration and the treatment effect is best with cl inical promotion and application value.
