紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Paclitaxel and Cis-platinum in Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年12月住院部收治的58例晚期食道癌患者;将其按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,观察组29例(紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗),对照组29例(5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗);观察两组患者的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、疼痛程度。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率96.55%、总不良反应发生率3.45%、疼痛程度(4.33±2.15)分、Ⅰ期不良反应(恶心呕吐19例、腹泻3例、白细胞下降19例、脱发12例、血小板减少12例、肝功能损害3例、肾功能损害2例、神经毒性0例)均优于对照组数据(P<0.05)。结论应用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗疗效显著,能有效的改善患者临床症状以及生活质量,临床上值得推广及应用。

Objective To observe the cl inical effect of paclitaxel and cis-plat in um in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 58 cases of patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from Jan-uary 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 29 cases in each, the observation group were treated with paclitaxel and cis -plat inum, while the control group were treated with 5-fluorouracil and cis-plat inum, and the total cl inical effective ate, incidence rate of adverse reactions and pain degree of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group, the total adverse reaction rate was 3.45%, the pain degree （4.33 ± 2.15）, the first stage adverse reaction （19 cases of nausea and vomiting, 3 cases of diarrhea, 19 cases of leukopenia,Thrombocytopenia in 12 cases, liver function damage in 3 cases, 2 cases of renal dysfunction, neurotoxicity in 0 cases） were better than the control group data （P 〈0.05）. Con-clusion The curative effect of paclitaxel and c is -plat in um is obvious, which can effectively improve the cl inical symp-toms and quality of life of patients, which is worth cl inical promotion and application.
