综合护理模式对于降低胃管意外滑脱率的实践分析

Analysis of Practice of General Nursing Model in Reducing the Gastric Catheter Unexpected Slippage Rate

目的分析综合护理模式对降低胃管意外滑脱率的作用。方法选取选2015年1月—2017年1月在该院行留置胃管的患者100例,随机分成两组,每组50例,实验组采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者胃管意外滑脱率、胃管滑脱原因、护理满意度。结果实验组胃管意外滑脱率为2%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高达24%,实验组发生率仅2%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总满意度达96%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对留置胃管患者采取综合护理模式能提高治疗依从性,降低胃管意外滑脱的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of general nursing model in reducing the gastric catheter unexpected s lip-page rate. Methods 100 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube in our hospital from January 2 015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the general nursing, while the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the gastric catheter unexpected slippage rate, gastric catheter slippage cause and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The gastric catheter unexpected slippage rate in the experimental group was 2%, which was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimen-tal group was lower than that in the control group （2%vs 24%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the total satisfactory degree in the experimental group was 96%, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The general nursing model for patients with in-dwelling gastric tube can improve the treatment compliance and reduce the incidence rate of gastric catheter slippage.
