腹腔镜术后联合注射用醋酸曲普瑞林对子宫内膜异位症治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Injection of Triptorelin Acetate after the Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Endometriosis

目的探究腹腔镜术后联合注射用醋酸曲普瑞林对子宫内膜异位症治疗的临床疗效。方法入组患者选择2015年2月—2016年6月之在该院应用腹腔镜治疗的子宫内膜异位症的患者122例,随机分成实验组和对照组,术后实验组给予醋酸曲普瑞林,对照组孕三烯酮胶囊服用,对比两组患者治疗后的临床指标、临床效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后,实验组患者临床有效率为96.72%,对照组患者临床有效率为75.41%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.112,P=0.000)(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的排卵时间、月经恢复时间均小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=8.263、8.955,P=0.021、0.016)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,实验组患者不良反应发生率为4.92%,对照组为34.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后结合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果显著,同时有效的降低了术后的不良反应发率。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of injection of triptorelin acetate after the laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis. Methods 122 cases of patients with endometriosis uterine treated with laparoscopy in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the experimental group were treated with triptorelin acetate, and the control group were treated with gestrinone capsules, and the clinical index, clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the difference in the clinical effective rate between the experimental group and the control group was obvious,(96.72% vs 75.41%)(χ~2=12.112,P=0.000), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the ovulation period and menstruation recovery time after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious(t=8.263, 8.955,P=0.021, 0.016), with statistical significance(P<0.05), after treatment,the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(4.92% vs 34.43%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of triptorelin acetate after the laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis is obvious, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions after surgery.
