摘要
目的着重于探讨生化检验项目在肝硬化疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法将40例该院2015年2月—2017年3月期间收治的肝硬化患者分为实验组,同期40名健康体检人员作为对照组,取清晨静脉血行血清分离后分析两组纤维化指标与生化检验指标。结果实验组HA为(507.34±44.28)ng/m L,PC-Ⅲ为(256.92±34.17)ng/m L,LN为(301.85±65.43)ng/m L,IV-C为(275.62±28.19)ng/m L,AST为(96.26±13.52)U/L,ALT为(57.16±10.44)U/L,ALP为(181.26±23.15)U/L,γ-GT为(176.39±21.39)U/L,TBIL为(86.42±8.67)μmol/L,DBIL为(37.29±9.31)μmol/L,CHE为(2 034.19±116.52)U/L,TP为(73.17±10.26)μmol/L,ALB为(42.33±5.16)g/L,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化疾病患者检测生化检验项目有助于明确临床诊断,临床应用价值极高。
Objective To especially study the application value of biochemical test items in clinical diagnosis of patients with liver cirrhosis diseases. Methods 40 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the experimental group, 40 cases of healthy physical examination staff at the same period were selected as the control group, and the venous blood in the morning was given the serum isolation and the fiber indexes and biochemical test indexes were analyzed. Results The HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN,IV-C, AST, ALT, ALP, γ-GT, TBIL, DBIL, CHE, TP, ALB were respectively(507.34±44.28)ng/m L,(256.92±34.17)ng/m L,(301.85 ±65.43)ng/m L,(275.62 ±28.19)ng/m L,(96.26 ±13.52)U/L,(57.16 ±10.44)U/L,(181.26 ±23.15)U/L,(176.39 ±21.39)U/L,(86.42 ±8.67)μmol/L,(37.29 ±9.31)μmol/L,(2 034.19 ±116.52)U/L,(73.17 ±10.26)μmol/L and(42.33 ±5.16)g/L, and the differences between the two groups were statically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of biochemical test items of patients with liver cirrhosis diseases contributes to the clinical diagnosis, and the clinical application value is extremely high.
