探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达水平及其与骨密度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达水平及其与骨密度的关系。方法以该院2015年1月—2016年12月期间收治的60例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受骨密度检查。其中骨质疏松组32例为观察组,骨量正常28例为对照组。分别检测两组患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、hs-CRP、血钙、血磷及HDL等指标,就HCY水平与骨密度关系展开分析。结果观察组患者血浆hcy水平(19.4±3.4)μmol/L显著高于对照组(13.5±2.8)μmol/L,且观察组患者BMI指数(20.1±1.2)kg/m^2显著低于对照组(23.7±1.4)kg/m^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者hs-CRP水平(11.6±1.3)μmol/L显著高于对照组(8.4±0.7)μmol/L,但血钙(2.2±0.4)mmol/L、血磷(1.1±0.2)mmol/L及HDL(2.8±0.4)mmol/L等指标与对照组(2.3±0.5)、(1.2±0.1)、(2.7±0.5)mmol/L比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者骨密度(0.8±0.1)g/m^2和体质量(20.1±1.2)kg/m^2均显著优于观察组(1.1±0.4)g/m^2、(23.7±1.4)kg/m^2,经pearson相关性分析可见,骨密度与体质量呈正相关,与HCY呈负相关。结论老年2型糖尿病患者提质量下降会导致骨密度减少,血浆hcy水平升高可能与老年2型糖尿病患者骨密度降低有关。 Objective To discuss the correlation between the expression level of plasma Hcy and bone density of senile patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and all patients received the bone density examination, and the observation group were 32 cases with osteoporosis, and the control group were 28 cases with normal bone amount, and the plasma Hcy, hs-CRP, blood calcium and blood phosphorus and HDL indexes of the two groups were respectively tested and the correlation between the HCY level and bone density was analyzed. Results The plasma hcy level in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [(19.4±3.4)μmol/L vs(13.5±2.8)μmol/L], and the BMI index was obviously lower than that in the control group [(20.1±1.2)kg/m2vs(23.7±1.4)kg/m2], and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the hs-CRP level was obviously higher than that in the control group [(11.6±1.3)μmol/L vs(8.4±0.7)μmol/L], but the differences in the blood calcium and blood phosphorus and HDL between the observation group and the control group were not obvious [(2.2 ±0.4),(1.1 ±0.2),(2.8 ±0.4)mmol/L vs(2.3 ±0.5),(1.2 ±0.1),(2.7±0.5)mmol/L](P>0.05), and the bone density and body mass in the control group were obviously better than those in the observation group, [(0.8±0.1)g/m2,(20.1 ±1.2)kg/m2vs(1.1 ±0.4)g/m2,(23.7±1.4)kg/m2], and the pearson correlation analysis showed that the bone density had a positive correlation with the body mass but had a negative correlation with HCY. Conclusion The decrease of body mass of senile patients with type 2 diabetes can lead to the decrease of bone density, and the increase of blood plasma hcy level may be related to the decrease of bone density of senile patients with type 2 diabetes.
