心理联合行为矫正治疗对慢性精神分裂症状患者不良行为习惯及精神康复的影响

Effect of Mental and Behavioral Correction on the Bad Behavioral Habits and Mental Rehabilitation of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析当前采用心理联合行为矫正治疗对慢性精神分裂症状患者不良行为习惯及精神康复的影响。方法选取该院在2015年3月—2016年4月间收治的100例慢性精神分裂症女性患者,将其划分为对照组与研究组,每组患者为50例,对照组的精神分裂症患者接受行为矫正治疗,研究组的精神分裂症患者接受心理联合行为矫正治疗。分析对比研究组与对照组患者在接受不同治疗方案之后,不良行为习惯及精神康复状态变化的具体情况。结果在干预之前,研究组与对照组患者的阴性症状量表评定总分对比,差异无统计学意义,研究组干预前(56.90±8.57)分,干预后(49.28±8.02)分(P>0.05);对照组干预前(57.84±8.66)分,干预后(50.24±9.72)分,(P>0.05)。在接受心理联合行为矫正治疗后的研究组患者阴性症状量表的各项指标评分相对于对照组明显要低出很多(P<0.05)。干预前研究组与对照组患者的评定结果总积极因素与总消极因素对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预之后,研究组相较于对照组总积极因素上升更明显(P<0.05),总消极因素都呈现出明显下降的趋势(P<0.05)。结论心理联合行为矫正治疗可以及时改善慢性精神分裂症患者的不良行为习惯,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of mental and behavioral correction on the bad behavioral habits and mental rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 100 cases of females with chronic schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected ad divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the behavioral correction treatment, while the research group adopted the mental and behavioral correction treatment, after treatment, the specific situations of bad behavioral habits and mental rehabilitation states were compared. Results Before intervention, the differences in the total scores of negative symptom scales between the two groups were not obvious, the scores in the research group and in the control group before and after interventions were respectively（56.90±8.57）points,（49.28±8.02）points,（57.84±8.66）points,（50.24±9.72）points,（P〈0.05）, and various scores in the research group after treatment were much lower than those in the control group,（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the positive factors and total negative factors between the two groups were not obvious（P〈0.05）, after intervention,the total positive factor increased more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the total negative factor obviously decreased in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mental and behavior correction treatment can improve the bad behavior habits of patients with chronic schizophrenia in time, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
