重复经颅磁刺激在认知功能障碍康复中的作用

摘要 目的探究认知功能障碍患者康复中运用重复经颅磁刺激治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法选取60例在2016年1月—2017年1月来该院治疗的认知功能障碍患者,分为观察组和对照组各30例,均根据自愿原则划分。重复经颅磁刺激治疗和常规药物吡拉西坦治疗分别为对观察组和对照组采取的治疗方法。观察两组P300潜伏期、波幅及MoCA量表评分情况。结果观察组P300潜伏期和波幅分别为(323.67±4.52)ms、(10.37±0.75)μV优于对照组的(358.83±20.37)ms、(10.41±0.73)μV(P<0.05)。针对MoCA量表评分情况,观察组治疗后MoCA量表总评分(24.85±0.25)分明显优于对照组的(22.91±0.17)分(P<0.05)。结论运用重复经颅磁刺激对认知功能障碍患者进行治疗后,可有效缩短P300潜伏期,延长P300波幅,同时使得认知功能明显改善。 Objective To study the application value of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction. Methods 60 cases of patients with cognitive dysfunction treated in our hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the voluntary principle, and the observation group and the control group respectively adopted the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and routine drug of piracetam, and the P300 incubation period, amplitude and MoCA scale scores were observed.Results The P300 incubation period and amplitude in the observation group were better than those in the control group,[(323.67±4.52)ms,(10.37±0.75)μV vs(358.83±20.37)ms,(10.41±0.73)μV](P〈0.05), after treatment, the total score of MoCA scale in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group [(24.85 ±0.25)points vs(22.91±0.17)points](P〈0.05). Conclusion The repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction can effectively shorten the P300 incubation period and prolong the P300 amplitude, and obviously improve the cognitive function.
