颅内压(ICP)监测对重型颅脑损伤(TBI)患者的治疗和预后的影响

Effect of ICP Monitoring on the Treatment and Prognosis of TBI Patients

目的观察与探究颅内压(ICP)监测对重型颅脑损伤(TBI)患者的治疗和预后的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2016年12月期间于该院就诊及治疗的48例重型颅脑损伤(TBI)患者作为研究对象,按照是否实施颅内压(ICP)监测分为两组,每组各有24例患者,对对照组患者未实施颅内压(ICP)监测,对观察组患者实施颅内压(ICP)监测,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的好转率(75.00%)与对照组患者(33.33%)相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者及其家属的满意度(87.50%)与对照组患者及其家属(58.33%)相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施颅内压(ICP)监测对重型颅脑损伤(TBI)患者的治疗及预后具有重要意义。

Objective To observe and study the effect of ICP monitoring on the treatment and prognosis of TBI patients.Methods 48 cases of TBI patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 24 cases in each according to ICP or not, the control group was not monitored by ICP, while the observation group was monitored by ICP, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the improved rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious,（75.00% vs 33.33%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the satisfactory degree of patients and their family between the observation group and the control group was obvious（87.50% vs 58.33%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of ICP monitoring is of important significance to the treatment and prognosis of TBI patients.
