缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Valsartan and Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in Treatment of Primary Hypertension Patients

目的观察缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的116例原发性高血压患者为该次实验研究对象,按照临床给药治疗方案不同将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组58例患者给予缬沙坦治疗,实验组58例患者给予缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗6个月后血压控制明显优于对照组,其中实验组治疗6个月后收缩压、舒张压分为别(135.7±3.2)、(94.5±2.5)mm Hg,对照组治疗6个月后收缩压、舒张压分为别(143.9±3.8)、(102.4±2.9)mm Hg,在治疗过程中实验组有5例患者出现不良反应,对照组有11例发生不良反应,实验组患者治疗6个月后世界卫生组织生活质量(WHOQOL)得分明显优于对照组[(88.9±2.7)分vs(84.5±2.5)分],两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于原发性高血压患者给予缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗能有效降血压,临床治疗安全性高,能明显改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets in treatment of primary hypertension patients. Methods 116 cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 58 cases in each according to different clinical medication plans, the control group adopted the valsartan treatment, while the experimental group adopted the valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After 6-month treatment, the blood pressure control was obviously better than that in the control group, and the systolic and diastolic pressures after 6-month treatment in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively（135.7±3.2）,（94.5±2.5）mm Hg and（143.9±3.8）,（102.4±2.9）mm Hg,and there were respectively 5 cases and 11 cases with adverse reactions in the experimental group and in the control group, and the WHOQOL scores after 6-month treatment in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group,[（88.9±2.7）points vs（84.5±2.5）points], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets in treatment of primary hypertension patients can effectively reduce the blood pressure with high clinical treatment safety, and it can obviously improve the quality of life of patients.
