摘要
目的探讨颅内血肿消除术在基层神经外科临床应用效果。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月来该院神经外科治疗的急性颅内血肿患者56例作为该次研究对象,将其分成对照组与观察组,各组患者均28例。对照组者采用传统的手术治疗方式,观察组患者采用穿颅内血肿消除术治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况进行回顾性分析,比较两组症状改善情况。结果观察组患者的生活等级Ⅰ级10例明显大于对照组Ⅰ级5例,观察组患者手术时间(2.20±0.31)h、住院时间(8.93±0.23)d明显比对照组手术时间(3.97±1.66)h、住院时间(12.36±1.03)d短,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(3例,10.71%)明显低于对照组(9例,32.14%),观察组患者满意度(27例,96.43%)明显高于对照组(21例,75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论采用穿刺颅内血肿消除术治疗能有效地消除患者颅内血肿,手术方式简单,时间短,费用少,值得在基层神经外科临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of puncture intracranial hematoma removal surgery in the primary neurosurgery department. Methods 56 cases of patients with acute intracranial hematoma treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional surgery for treatment, while the observation group adopted the puncture intracranial hematoma removal surgery for treatment, and the treatment situation of the two groups was reviewed and the improvement situation of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, the number of the case whose living level was Ⅰ was obviously more than that in the control group(10 cases vs 5 cases), and the operation time, length of stay in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group [(2.20 ±0.31)h,(8.93 ±0.23)d vs(3.97 ±1.66)h,(12.36 ±1.03)d], and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(3 cases, 10.71% vs 9 cases, 32.14%), and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,( 27 cases 96.43% vs 21 cases 75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The puncture intracranial hematoma removal surgery can effectively remove the intracranial hematoma, and the operation method is simple with short time and low cost, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
