结合阳城电厂工程特点 ,介绍了该工程调试管理 ,对工程调试管理思路、调试前期准备、试运计划安排与控制。
The project management of Yangcheng Power Plant commissioning project is introduced in detail by this paper in terms of management guiding principle,pricondition,trial operation plan and the control points of unit start-up according to the performance of this project.
