温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗支气管哮喘的疗效评估

Evaluation on Curative Effect of Wenfei Pingchuan Granule and Guben Wenfei Plaster in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的对支气管哮喘采用温肺平喘颗粒结合固本温肺贴膏治疗的效果进行分析和评价。方法将该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的96例支气管哮喘患者纳入此次研究中,通过随机数字表法分成探究组和对比组,各48例。对比组应用常规西药治疗,探究组应用温肺平喘颗粒结合固本温肺贴膏治疗,均持续治疗2周,对比两组治疗总有效率,并评测治疗前后的FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标和中医证候积分情况。结果治疗完成后,探究组的总有效率为95.8%,对比组为83.3%,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,探究组治疗后的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC分别为(2.94±0.78)L、(2.88±0.45)L、(75.22±10.18)%,高于治疗前(2.72±0.65)L、(1.90±0.53)L、(67.90±12.20)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比组治疗后分别为(2.91±0.73)L、(2.90±0.37)L、(74.65±10.63)%,高于治疗前的(2.70±0.63)L、(1.93±0.48)L、(68.11±11.84)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);探究组患者治疗前后的后中医证候积分别为(12.20±2.17)分、(2.71±0.55)分,对比组分别为(11.92±2.26)分、(3.83±0.71)分,治疗后两组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗支气管消除效果确切,可有效缓解症状,改善肺功能,临床价值重大。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the curative effect of wenfei pingchuan granule and guben wenfei plaster in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 96 cases of patients with bronchial asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine western medicine treatment, while the study group were treated with wenfei pingchuan granule and guben wenfei plaster, and the treatment was for two weeks and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups, and the FVC,FEV1, FEV1/FVC and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were evaluated. Results After treatment, the difference in the total effective rate between the study group and the control group was statistically significant（95.8% vs 83.3%）（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those before treatment [（2.94±0.78）L,（2.88±0.45）L,（75.22±10.18）% vs（2.72±0.65）L,（1.90±0.53）L,（67.90±12.20）%], and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and these indexes in the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment [（2.91±0.73）L,（2.90±0.37）L,（74.65±10.63）% vs（2.70±0.63）L,（1.93±0.48）L,（68.11±11.84）%], and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, but the difference between groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the TCM syndrome integrals in the study group and in the control group before and after treatment were respectively（12.20±2.17）points,（2.71±0.55）points,（11.92±2.26）pointsand（3.83±0.71）points, and the differences between groups after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of wenfei pingchuan granule and guben wenfei plaster in treatment of bronchial asthma is definite, which can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the lung function, and the clinical value is significant.
