分析溶血现象对血液检验结果的影响

Effect of Hemolysis on Blood Test Results

目的探究溶血现象对血液检验结果的影响。方法选取2015年10月—2017年2月来该院进行健康体验者114名作为该次临床研究对象,对每名健康体检者都抽取5 mL的空腹静脉血,分别将抽取到的空腹静脉血装入2个试管中,对1个试管血液样本进行溶血处理,且该组试管血液样本作为该次临床研究的观察组,不对另1个试管血液样本进行溶血处理,该组试管为对照组,通过检测两组血液样本,详细对比两组血液样本检测结果,判断溶血现象对血液检验结果是否具有影响。结果通过对比分析可知,观察组血液样本碱性磷酸酶(ALP)(84.7±4.5)U/L、总胆固醇(CHOL)(7.5±1.2)U/L、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)(214.1±7.6)U/L、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)(67.2±2.9)U/L、谷草转氨酶(AST)(58.7±2.1)U/L、钾离子浓度(K^+)(5.2±1.8)U/L。对照组血液样本碱性磷酸酶(ALP)(126.2±8.9)U/L、总胆固醇(CHOL)(4.6±2.0)U/L、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)(102.9±5.2)U/L、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)(55.2±2.0)U/L、谷草转氨酶(AST)(43.7±2.3)U/L、钾离子浓度(K^+)(3.9±1.0)U/L。在这几项生化检验项目上还差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),综上来看,溶血现象对血液检验结果具有一定的影响。结论通过该次临床研究证实,当血液抽取样品出现溶血情况后,会影响到生化检验结果,因此为了保证血液检验结果的准确性,相关人员需要严格按照血液采集、提取、存放等相关操作标准进行。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of hemolysis on blood test results. Methods 114 cases of health examination in this hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were taken 5 mL of fasting venous blood. The extraction of fasting venous blood were put into two test tubes, blood samples in one test tube received hemolytic treatment as the observation group, blood samples in the other test tube didn ＇t receive hemolytic treatment as the control group, and the test results of blood samples in both groups were compared so as to judge the effect of hemolysis on blood test results. Results The levels of alkaline phosphatase（ALP） were（84.7±4.5）U/L, total cholesterol（CHOL）（7.5 ±1.2）U/L, lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）（214.1±7.6）U/L, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）（67.2±2.9）U/L, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）（58.7±2.1）U/L, potassium ion concentration（K~＋）（5.2±1.8）U/L in the observation group and those of the control group were（126.2 ±8.9）,（4.6 ±2.0）,（102.9 ±5.2）,（55.2 ±2.0）,（43.7 ±2.3）,（3.9±1.0）U/L respectively. There were significant differences between these biochemical test projects（P0.05）, in summary, hemolysis had a certain impact on the blood test results. Conclusion It has been confirmed that when the patient blood samples received hemolysis treatment, biochemical test results of the patient will be affected in this clinical study. In order to ensure the accuracy of the results of blood test of patients, the relevant personnel should strictly follow the operating standards of blood collection, extraction, storage.
