Q-1064nm激光联合口服妥赛敏治疗黄褐斑的临床效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用Q-1064nm激光与口服妥塞敏联合治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法将该院2014年6月—2016年6月收治的黄褐斑患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组,每组40例。对照组患者接受Q-1064 nm激光治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合口服妥塞敏治疗,对两组患者临床效果,以及治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数(mMASI)评分、性激素指标(促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、雌二醇)进行观察与记录,并对比分析。结果研究组患者临床总有效率高达95.00%,显著高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前mMASI评分(10.32±4.11)分VS(10.43±4.28)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组显著低于对照组(3.11±2.01)分VS(6.44±2.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、雌二醇等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)[研究组分别为:(26.54±4.63)、(21.09±3.24)、(265.34±45.8)pmol/L,对照组分别为:(26.57±4.51)、(21.21±3.38)、(264.75±44.12)pmol/L],治疗后均有降低,且研究组显著低于对照组[(研究组分别为:(12.19±2.55)、(10.12±2.73)、(175.90±50.72)pmol/L,对照组分别为:(18.85±2.91)、(14.51±2.36)、(125.26±44.38)pmol/L],比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄褐斑患者按照Q-1064nm激光与口服妥塞敏联合治疗相比单用Q-1064nm激光治疗而言,不仅可以提高临床效果,而且可以更好地改善mMASI评分与雌激素水平,值得推广应用。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of Q-1064 nm laser and oral transamin on chloasma. Methods 80 chloasma patients in this hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Q-1064 nm laser treatment, the research group combined oral transamin with Q-1064 nm laser treatment, and the clinical effect of both groups before and after treatment, and melasma area and severity index(mMASI) score, sex hormone index(luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol) were recorded and analyzed. Results The total clinical efficiency of the research group was as high as 95.00%, significantly higher than the control group of 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the mMASI score of the two groups before treatment were(10.32 ±4.11)points and(10.43±4.28)points, the difference was not statistically difference(P0.05), while those scores after treatment were significantly decreased,the differece was Gtatistically significant(P0.05), that of the research group was significantly lower than the control group of(3.11±2.01)points and(6.44±2.39)points respectively(P0.05); there were no differences in the two groups of luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol before treatment, that of the research group were(26.54±4.63),(21.09±3.24)pmol/L and(265.34 ±45.8)pmol/L, that of the control group were(26.57±4.51),(21.21±3.38)pmol/L and(264.75±44.12)pmol/L, those comparative data had no statistical differences(P0.05). while all data were decreased after treatment, and that of the research group were significantly lower than the control group [(12.19±2.55),(10.12±2.73),(175.90±50.72)pmol/L] and [(18.85±2.91),(14.51±2.36),(125.26±44.38)pmol/L] respectively, the results were all statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Q-1064 nm laser combined with oral transamin treatment on chloasma patients is more effective than single Q-1064 nm laser treatment, not only can the clinical effect be improved,but also the mMASI score and the level of estrogen are improved, so it is worth popularization and application.
