分析多样化护理方式在糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值

Analysis of Application Value of Diversified Nursing Methods in Nursing Care of Diabetic Patients

目的观察多样化护理方式在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法该次选取该院2015年1月—2017年3月住院部收治的糖尿病患者120例;将其按照随机抽取的方式分为两组,观察组60例(多样化护理方式),对照组60例(常规护理);观察两组患者的治疗依从性、FPG、PBG、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性98.33%、护理满意度98.33%高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的FPG(6.20±1.50)mmol/L、PBG(9.52±1.60)mmol/L低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的生活质量[生理功能(91.44±6.33)分、社会功能(90.26±6.25)分、心理功能(88.43±5.45)分、物质生活(90.35±6.30)分]与对照组对比,观察组明显处于优势(P<0.05)。结论多样化护理方式在糖尿病护理中应用价值更加明显,可以有效的改善患者的血糖,提高生活质量,临床上值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of diversified nursing methods in nursing patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 diabetic patients admitted in this hospital from January, 2015 to March, 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group adopted diversified nursing method, the control group adopted routine nursing method, the compliance, FPG, PBG, quality of life, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The compliance of the observation group was 98.33% and the nursing satisfaction was 98.33%, higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. The FPG was（6.20±1.50）mmol/L, PBG was（9.52±1.60）mmol/L, lower than the control group（P0.05）. The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was（91.44±6.33）points, the social function was（90.26±6.25）points, the psychological function was（88.43±5.45）points and the material life was（90.35±6.30）ponts, obviously superior than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The application value of diversified nursing care in diabetes mellitus is more obvious, which can improve their blood glucose and life quality. It is worthy to be popularized clinically.
