采用舒适护理对于老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的影响效果探究

Effect of Comfort Nursing on Pain in Elderly Postoperative Patients with Lumbar Spinal Compression Fracture

目的分析舒适护理对于老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的影响效果。方法将2014年6月—2016年5月该院经手术治疗的老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者纳为该次参研的对象,选取其中的68例患者,根据护理方式将之分为研究组和参照组,分别开展舒适护理和常规护理模式。分析两组患者术后疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果经护理后,研究组VAS评分为(2.21±0.05)分,参照组为(5.15±1.30)分;而研究组护理满意评分(5.35±1.31)分,明显优于对照组护理满意度(6.78±2.56)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后采用舒适护理,有助于降低疼痛,帮助患者快速恢复健康,具有较高的临床护理价值。

Objective This paper tries to analysis of comfort nursing on pain for elderly patients with postoperative lumbar compression fracture. Methods 68 senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures patients received the surgical treatment in this hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the research group and the control group according to the nursing mode, the comfort nursing and routine nursing mode were adopted respectively.Postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of two groups were analyzed. Results The VAS score of the research group was after nursing（2.21±0.05）points and of the control group was（5.15±1.30）points; and the satisfaction score in the research group was（5.35±1.31）points, superior to that of the control group of（6.78±2.56）points, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The comfort nursing for postoperative lumbar compression fracture can help to reduce pain, and help patients recover quickly, so it is of high value for clinical nursing.
