摘要 通过测试水润滑橡胶轴承的摩擦力矩,定量分析平面型水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦特性与主轴转速、轴承比压以及回旋振动载荷之间的关系,并建立相应的摩擦因数模型,为准确预测系统在轴承摩擦激励下的振动响应特性提供重要支撑。结果表明,橡胶轴承摩擦因数随着主轴转速升高而减小;相对于磨合初期,充分磨合后的橡胶轴承摩擦因数对主轴转速变化更加敏感;相对于磨合初期,轴承比压对充分磨合后橡胶轴承摩擦特性的影响较小;回旋振动载荷对橡胶轴承摩擦因数的影响主要体现在主轴中速段。 Through measuring the friction torque of water-lubricated rubber bearings,the relations among planartype water-lubricated rubber bearings' friction features and main shaft rotating speed,bearing unit pressure and whirling vibration load were analyzed quantitatively,the friction coefficient model was built to correctly predict the vibration response features of the system under bearing friction excitation. the results showed that the friction coefficient of rubber bearings decreases with increase in the main shaft rotating speed; the friction coefficient of rubber bearings after fully running-in is more sensitive to variation of the main shaft rotating speed than that be in the initial running-in period; the bearing unit pressure has less influence on the friction features of rubber bearings after fully running-in than that does in the initial running-in period; the effects of whirling vibration load on the friction coefficient of rubber bearings happen in the mediate rotating speed range of the main shaft.
