铁岭发电厂锅炉燃烧器反切风的技术改造

摘要 针对国产三十万机组的再热器受热面频繁超温 ,导致长期过热而引发爆管的现象 ,从对爆管超温部位的宏观检查及锅炉冷、热态热力试验壁温分布的特点进行总结 ,坚持锅炉综合治理 ,提出对摆动式燃烧器进行技术改造的措施 ,采取合理的反切结构 ,达到控制再热器超温的目的 ,提高了再热器的受热面的安全运行可靠性。图 9表 Focusing on domestic manufactured 300MW power sets, which have for a long time been troubled by heating surface pipe bursting problems, caused by repeated overheating of reheaters, summing up general investigation observations made at locations where pipe bursting and overheating occurred as well as special features of temperature distributions, obtained from hot and cold boiler tests, persisting in the comprehensive way of problem-solving, the paper suggests refitting measures for tilting burners by using a rational reverse tangential admission construction to prevent overheating of the reheaters and to raise operational safety of the overheater's heating surfaces.
