Discussion on Large Quantity Book Acquisition and Selection in Libraries of Colleges and Universities

文章论述了图书采选工作的重要性,讨论了高校图书馆图书批量集中采购常用的订单订购、书目采选、现场采选3种方式,并分析各采选方式的优缺点,从按出版社、按出版日期、综合权衡3个方面总结大批量图书采选工作中的图书判选方法,指出图书采选工作中的经费及学科比例控制问题。

This article discussed the importance of book acquisition and selection and the commonly used methods of large quantity centralized purchasing in libraries of colleges and universities： order purchasing, list purchasing and site purchasing, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each method, summarized the methods of book evaluation in large quantity book acquisition and selection from the aspects of publication institutions, publication time, and comprehensive consideration, and pointed out problems in funds and the control of the proportion of subject in book acquisition and selection.
