摘要
[目的]分析柔性管理在培养护士关怀能力方面的作用。[方法]对10名护士进行半结构化访谈,按照现象学方法对资料进行整理和分析。[结果]提炼出2个主题,即在培养护士关怀能力方面柔性管理更具备优势条件、柔性管理在提高护士关怀能力培养中具有多重作用。[结论]护理管理者需要对柔性管理更深层次的认知,将柔性管理理念渗透到日常护理管理中,对培养护士关怀能力有深远意义。
Objective: To analyze the role of flexible management in the training of n u r s e 's care ability. M e h o d s: A total of 10 nurses were enrolled and conducted a sem structured interview. The data were collated and ana-lyzed according to phenomenological methods. Results: Two themes were ex tra c ted: the flexible management was more favorable in the n u rse s' care ab i l i ty , and the flexible management played multiple roles in improving the training of care ability of nurses. Conclusion: Nursing managers need a deeper understanding of flexible man-agement ? penetrate the concept of flexible management into daily nursing management ? which has far - reaching significance to cultivate n u rse s' care ability.
