安心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Anxin Decoction

目的观察自拟汤药安心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效。方法选取自2014年3月至2015年3月于鞍山市中心医院收治的心力衰竭病例50例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗的方法,试验组25例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药安心汤,观察患者左心功能(LVEF)和B型尿钠肽(BNP)情况。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论安心汤配合西药可以提高心力衰竭患者心功能,降低BNP,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of decoction of Anxin Decoction on chronic heart failure （CHF） patients. Methods Since March2014 to March 2015 in Anshan Central Hospital of heart failure cases of 50 cases, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in the control group, the routine anti heart failure treatment method of 25 cases of test group and in the control group based on the use of oral Anxin Decoction were observed in patients with left ventricular function（LVEF） and B type natriuretic peptide（BNP）. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can improve heart function and reduce BNP in patients with heart failure, and it is worth popularizing and using.
