摘要 目的探讨飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术(SMILE)矫正不同程度复性近视散光的疗效。方法观察2014年7月至2016年1月在本院行SMILE的210例(414眼)复性近视散光的患者术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月的视力,等效球镜度,散光度和散光轴向,按散光度不同分为低度、中度、高度3组进行统计分析。结果术后6个月3组患者的散光度分别为(0.18±0.23)D、(0.60±0.25)D、(0.97±0.37)D、矫正的散光轴向差小于10°。结论飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术(SMILE)矫正不同程度复性近视散光疗效确切。矫正散光的轴向基本准确,矫正高度散光术后出现部分欠矫,但是散光度数1周~6个月无明显变化。 Objective To investigate the effect of femtosecond laser micro incision (SMILE) on the correction of astigmatism in different degree. Method Observation of July 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital smile 210 cases (414 eyes) with compound myopic astigmatism patients after 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, visual acuity of 6 months, spherical equivalent, astigmatism and astigmatism axis, with diffusion luminosity of low, moderate, high degree of 3 groups for statistical analysis. Results After June, the 3 groups of patients with astigmatism were (0.18±0.23)D, (0.60±0.25)D, (0.97±0.37)D, correction of astigmatism axial difference less than 10 degree(10°). Conclusion Femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) correction of different degree of compound myopic astigmatism exact. The axial direction of the correction of astigmatism is basically accurate. Partial correction after correction of high astigmatism, But there was no signifcant change in the degree of astigmatism in 1 week to 6 months.
