中药外敷治疗恶性腹腔积液的观察和护理

Observation and Nursing of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Malignant Peritoneal Effusion

目的观察中药外敷的护理方法治疗恶性腹腔积液的护理效果。方法选取自2013年3月至2015年3月大连市中医医院肿瘤科收治的恶性腹腔积液患者40例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组20例,采用普通护理方法,试验组20例,在对照组基础上采用中药外敷,观察两组患者腹围、腹水及患者生存质量情况。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷治疗恶性腹腔积液患者安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To approach the effects of nursing care to observe the external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods 40 cases from March 2013 to March 2015 Dalian City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine oncology treated patients with malignant peritoneal effusion, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in the control group, using common nursing method. The experimental group 20 cases. In the control group based on the use of Chinese medicine external application were observed two groups of patients with abdominal circumference, ascites and the life quality of the patients condition. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with malignant peritoneal effusion is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
