宁肺饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Ningfei Decoction

目的观察自拟汤药宁肺饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2013年4月至2014年4月于鞍山市中心医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的患者40例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组20例,采用常规化痰解痉平喘的方法,试验组20例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药宁肺饮,观察患者肺功能和中医证候变化情况。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论宁肺饮配合西药可以改善COPD患者的肺功能及临床症状,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Ningfei Decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014 in Anshan Central Hospital of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with 40 cases, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in the control group, using method of Huatan conventional antispasmodic. The experimental group （n=20）, in the control group foundation by oral administration of Ningfei Decoction observed and pulmonary function of patients with syndrome of Ningfei Decoction improve the situation. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can improve lung function and clinical symptoms of COPD patients, and it is worth popularizing and using.
