应用消化内镜联合四联疗法在治疗胃溃疡出血中的临床效果评价

To Evaluate the Clinical Effect in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Bleeding in the Application of Digestive Endoscopy Combined with Quadruple Therapy

目的探讨对胃溃疡出血患者应用消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗的效果。方法选择2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的98例胃溃疡出血患者,并按照随机数字抽取表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组单纯采用四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加消化内镜联合治疗,对比两组患者的再出血发生率及临床效果。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.92%,远远高于对照组患者治疗总有效率77.55%,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者再出血发生率为8.16%,对照组患者再出血发生率为28.57%,观察组再出血发生率远远低于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将消化内镜联合四联疗法应用在胃溃疡出血治疗中临床效果明显,有效降低患者再出血发生情况,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer hemorrhage of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy effect. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital 98 cases of gastric ulcer bleeding patients, and in accordance with the random number table extraction method all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group.Simple quadruple therapy, the observation group increased by combined treatment of digestive endoscopy based on the treatment in control group, compared two groups of patients with rebleeding rate and clinical effects. Results After treatment, the total effciency of the observation group was 95.92%, far higher than the control group the total effciency of 77.55%, compared with statistical signifcance the difference （P〈0.05）; the observation group re bleeding rate was 8.16%, the control group of patients with rebleeding rate was 28.57%, the observation group re bleeding rate is far lower than that of the control Group, with statistically signifcant data difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in gastric ulcer bleeding obvious clinical effect in the treatment of patients, effectively reduce rebleeding, has important clinical signifcance.
