摘要
采用回流法合成了花状氧化锌,利用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对产物的物相和形貌进行了表征。采用静态配气法测试了氧化锌气敏元件的气敏性能。结果表明,氧化锌为六方纤锌矿结构,由纳米棒自组装而成花状。元件在300℃时对300×10^(-6)的乙醇的灵敏度为40.5,响应时间和恢复时间分别为20s和7s。
Flower-like ZnO was synthesized by re?ux method. The phase and morphology were characterized by XRD and TEM. The gas sensing properties of ZnO sensor were detected with stationary state gas distribution method. The results indicated that ZnO possessed hexagonal wurtzite structure and the ?owers were made up of self-assembly nanorods. The sensitivity of sensor to 300ppm ethanol reached 40.5 at 300℃, the response time and recover time was 20s and 7s, respectively.
