硫酸钡溶液中Q235钢表面结垢特性研究

摘要 油田垢的主要成分有碳酸钙,还有碳酸钡、硫酸钡、硫酸钙、镁盐、硅酸盐等。国内外学者对碳酸钙结垢规律的研究很多,对硫酸钡结垢的研究相对较少。本文采用静态结垢法,研究了反应温度、pH值、成垢离子浓度等因素对Q235钢表面硫酸钡结垢的影响。实验结果表明,随pH值升高和成垢离子浓度的增加,Q235钢表面硫酸钡成垢趋势增大;随温度升高,Q235钢表面硫酸钡结垢量降低。 The dominant sector of oilfield scale was calcium carbonate, the rest of which included barium sulfate, barium carbonate, calcium sulphate, magnesium salt, silicate and so on. Many scholars studied the scaling rule of calcium carbonate, relatively few studies of barium sulfate scale. In this paper, the effect of reaction temperature, pH value, ion concentration and polymer on barium carbonate scaling were studied by static scaling. Experimental results showed that with pH value and ion concentration increased, the tendency of barium sulfate scaling on Q235 steel increased. With the increase of temperature, barium sulfate scaling on Q235 steel were decreased.
