Study on the Measures to Prevent Medical Corruptions in Basic Health Units

腐败一直作为全球性的问题,任何国家或区域都不可避免,然而在我国医疗腐败也是愈演愈烈。自新一轮的公立医院改革后,对于遏制医疗领域的腐败问题都有不同程度的改善,然而政策和方针存在的漏洞与执行方式的偏差,使得医疗腐败呈现出向基层及社区医疗单位的延伸,并由药物领域向医疗设备及耗材的转变。因此,通过进一步优化医疗体制、加强医德医风教育、加大监管审查力度,建立反腐纠风长效机制,从而预防和扭转医疗腐败,已经成为当前反腐败的主要内容之一。

As a global problem, corruption cant be avoided in any country or region. In our country, the medical corruption is intensified. After the new round of reforms of public hospitals, the corruptions in the medical field have been de-creased to some extent. However, the omissions of policies and guidelines and the deviation in the execution of policies allow the extension of corruption to the community medical centers and the shift from medicines to medical equipment and supplies. Therefore, it is critical to predict the medical corruption by further optimizating the medical system, strengthening medical ethics education and regulatory scrutiny and establishing a long - term mechanism.
