摘要
随着医疗体制改革的发展,对公有制医院管理提出更高要求。落后的政策及体制,管理人员的非职业化,缺乏有效的考评制度及人才提拔机制等,已成为阻碍医院进一步发展的因素。为了适应新形势要求,医院必须建立现代医院管理制度,引导管理队伍职业化,加强医院的文化建设,重视管理人才培养,建立进退有序的代谢机制,向管理要效益,促进医院进一步发展。
With the development of medical system reform,higher requirements towards public hospital management have been put forward. The factors such as backward policies and systems, unprofessional managers, lack of effective evalua-tion system and promotion mechanism for talents have hindered the further development of hospitals. In order to meet the requirements of the new situations and promote the further development, hospital administrators must establish a modern management system to professionalize management team, strengthen the cultural construction, attach importance to management personnel training, and create an environment with liquidity. With more advanced management system, hospitals can make more benefits.
