摘要
目前医院后勤普遍存在人员欠缺、知识老化、技术水平低下等问题,后勤服务质量和能力已不能满足日益进步的现代医院需求,而视为替代现有管理方式的社会化外包模式存在各类风险点,处于不断探索与完善的阶段。根据现有医院的要求和外包业务的发展状况,针对性选择合适的后勤管理模式,既有利于后勤服务质量和效率的提高,也有利于增强后勤保障的安全性。
In recent years,there is a prevalent phenomenon that the quality of logistics service did not match the evOT increasing development of modern hospital due to lack of labor, unrenewed knowledge and low - level technology. Socialized outsourcing mode, which is at a stage of continuous exploration and improvement, is deemed as a substitute for the existing mode of management. However , there are various risk points in this mode. When a suitable logistics socialization mode is chosen according to the current requirements of hospitals and the development situation of outsourcing business, it is not only beneficial for the enhancement of quality and efficiency of logistics service ? but also for the increase of security and stability of logistics support.
