摘要
笔者报道1例硬膜外无痛分娩术后颅内慢性硬膜下血肿案例,并结合国内外文献探讨其发生机制、临床表现、诊断以及预防和治疗措施。
This paper reports one case of intracranial chronic subdural hematoma after epidural painless labor. We explored its pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, prevention and treatment measures combined with the domestic and foreign literature reviews.
