痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中并发肺部感染的疗效分析

Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Senile Stroke Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的对痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年脑卒中并肺部感染的临床疗效进行探究。方法从我院2015年7月—2016年7月期间住院治疗的老年脑卒中并发肺部感染患者中选取88例作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采取抗生素治疗,在对照组基础上观察组联合痰热清注射液进行治疗。观察分析两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.27%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状、体征改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的临床治疗中采用痰热清注射液联合抗生素,效果显著,并且安全性与有效性均较高,值得应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of senile stroke complicated with lung infection. Methods 88 elderly patients with stroke complicated with lung infection treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random digit table, 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics, and the observation group was given Tanreqing injection based on antibiotics treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 93. 18% and that of the control group was 77. 27% , with the significant difference between the groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The symptoms and signs of improvement of the ob-servation group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was statistically lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of senile stroke complicated with pulmonary infection, which is also safe and effective, worthy of application and promotion.
