Component Technology Applied in Developing Web Applications

本文首先介绍在 Windows平台上运用组件技术开发 WEB应用程序的背景知识 ,包括 COM线程模型、COM+组件服务、数据库连接缓冲池 ;其次 ,讨论了传统开发方法与采用组件技术开发方法在开发 WEB应用程序中的优缺点 ;最后 ,结合我们的开发实践 ,简述了一个编程实例。

This paper first introduces the background knowledge of the component technology applied in developing Web applica-tions on Microsoft Windows, including COM thread model. COM + component service and database connection pool. It then makes an analysis on the gains and losses of the traditional software development methods and component technology, respec-tively. Finally, a practical sample is illustrated.
