摘要
"一带一路"战略的实施,为我国企业"走出去"带来了难得的历史机遇。"一带一路"沿线国家文化多元,语言众多,中资企业在"走出去"的过程有着丰富多样的语言服务需求,有必要对其进行归类、分析。从中资企业的地区分布看,中资企业对英语、俄语、阿拉伯语和非通用语种四类人才有着大量的需求;从中资企业的行业分布来看,中资企业的语言需求主要集中在石油和天然气开采、金属冶炼、电力生产和煤炭开采等领域,需要既懂这些领域的专业知识又精通东道国语言的复合型人才;从中资企业进入东道国的方式来看,需要大量具备跨文化交际能力的语言人才。
“Red” education is supported by red resources and red spirits. Universities should promote “red” education to lead the value orientation of undergraduates and meet the requirements for establishing high moral values and cultivating well-rounded people. Utilizing the abundant resources and spirits ofered by the CPC that have been fostered over 95 years is conducive to enhancing more targeted and efective political theory study and ideology education among teachers and students. However, “red” education in universities is troubled by its orientation, mechanism, mode and efciency. Therefore, the top-level design must be improved, the institutional mechanism must be perfected, the form of content must be optimized, and the operation platform must be inno-vated.
