大学参与性课堂教学多重制约因素初探 被引量:1

摘要 大学参与性课堂教学是以"构建师生学习共同体,促进学生自主学习"为特征的师生合作式教学模式。这种教学模式是互联网时代大学教学改革的根本方向。但是,由于思想观念、教学资源、教师教学能力和学生学习能力、教育管理体制等多重因素的制约,大学参与性课堂教学模式在实践中步履维艰。解决这一问题的对策包括改变传统的"权威-依存"型师生关系、提供大学参与性课堂教学的资源保障、提升教师的综合教学能力和学生自主学习能力、破除大学参与性课堂教学的体制和机制障碍等等。 The college participatory classroom teaching is a cooperative teaching mode characterized by “the construction of the learning community of teachers and students and the promotion of students’ autonomous learning”. This teaching mode is the fundamental direction of the college teaching reform in the Internet age. However, because of the multiple restrictive factors such as the ideological concepts, teaching resources, teach-ers’ teaching ability and students’ learning ability and the educational management system, the participatory teaching mode meets with many difficulties in its practical adoption. Therefore, the countermeasures should be taken against the problem including changing the traditional “authority-dependency” relationship between teachers and students, providing the resource guarantee for college participatory classroom teaching, enhancing the teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability and students’ autonomous learning ability and breaking the system impediment to college participatory classroom teaching.
