This paper introduces the modeling process of an online transaction management system for B to B E-Business Web-sites. Its object-oriented concept in analysis and design means a clear, flexible solution to all-purpose E-business modeling with flexibility, extensibility and reusability. Analysis and realization of such a system are illustrated with certain Website using UML and object-oriented technology.
