摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEM)对涤纶滤料、亚克力滤料、聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤料、芳纶滤料、涤纶覆膜滤料、亚克力覆膜滤料迎尘面的微观结构进行了观察和分析,发现滤料经过轧光处理后表面部分纤维熔融形成无孔区,经烧毛后处理的滤料表面存在针刺生产过程中刺针造成的凹坑,覆膜滤料表面的膜结构层存在着无孔区和膜破损孔洞等现象,这些现象将对滤料的有效过滤面积、过滤精度和使用寿命造成一定的不利影响。
This paper observes and analyzes the surface touching dust micro structure of polyester filter material, acrylic filter material, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter material, aramid filter material, polyester coated filter material, acrylic coated filter material by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and it is found that nonporous area is formed by face fiber melting after calendering, the surface of filter material has pinhole caused by needle in needlepunch process after singeing and the membrane surface structure of PTFE coated filter material has nonporous and breakage area, These factors will have certain negative effect on filtration area, filtration accuracy and service? life of filter materials.
