摘要 针对煤矿井下发生矿难事故时的高温潮湿、充满有毒有害气体空间环境,设计了一种可移动式应急救生舱环境控制系统方案。通过对应急救生舱内药品化学反应、围护结构、人体、电动设备等所需冷负荷特性分析,设计了一套以涡轮膨胀机与内置相变材料的蓄冷箱耦合供能,作为舱内环境的适配性供冷系统,满足煤矿井下有气有电、有电没气、有气没电、没电没气等发生矿难事故时最不利条件的冷量供应,可为舱内环境控制系统方面的设计人员提供参考。 When accidents happen in coal mine, it is humid with high temperature and filled with hazardous and poi- sonous gas, so one kind of removable emergency life - support system is designed. Based on analyses of cooling load characteristics for chemical reactions in emergency life support capsules, the retaining structure, bodies, electrical equipment and so on, it is designed one set of refrigeration system, combined with air turbine expander and the ice storage system with inset phase change materials, suitable for capsule environment, which can meet the supply of cool air in the most unfavorable condition of mine accident, such as having gas and electricity, only electricity, only gas or even no gas and electricity and offer references for designers.
