摘要
用熔铸法和压力加工技术制备了三种不同锡含量的铝合金电极材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对铝合金电极材料放电后的表面形貌进行了表征,采用排水法测试了合金的析氢速率,借助电化学方法测试了材料的电化学性能。结果表明,铝合金静态析氢量随着锡元素含量增加而减小;研制的新型铝合金负极材料,可望开发用于高比能量的铝合金电池。
The material of aluminum alloy was made by the method of molten and the pressure processing technology.The morphologies and structures of the materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Theself-corrosion rat of Al alloy anode has been studied by methods of immersed in aqueous medium. Theelectrochemistry performance of the Al alloy anode material was studied by electrochemical methods. The resultsshow that theH2 evolution rate of Al alloy anode decreases with increasing Sn content. The new aluminum alloysanode materials would be used to develop aluminum alloy battery with high energy density.
